Automatic SMD assembly

We have several independently working SMD assembly lines with feed and removal systems for the printed circuit boards and fully automatic screen printing systems.

By using modern Siplace pick-and-place systems and precise DEK printing machines we produce quality products at the highest level. Our Rehm reflow soldering machines guarantee reliable and repeatable soldering results. We manufacture printed circuit boards in multiple-up production or single boards, either rigid or rigid-flexible. Using an Offline-AOI-system of Göpel we can assure the highest quality of our SMD assembly. With the SMT production we assemble up to 115 000 electronic components per hour in total.
